The following booking, deposit and /or cancellation terms are applicable for telephone, fax, email, 'in person' or online bookings, as set out below.
All bookings and requests are subject to availability only.
Cancellation notice by 10.00am 3 days before your arrival date is required for any accommodation booking. If cancellation is made after this time, then 100% of your booking will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Non-Refundable rates will be charged at time of booking and can not be modified and are not eligible for
If a booking is made for 4 nights or more, then a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost will be charged at point of booking.
Discounted Rates for late bookings (3 days or less before arrival) require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Special Offers including Weekend Breaks, Midweek Breaks, Seasonal Breaks, Packages and Special Occasions are charged in full at time of booking and are not eligible for cancellation notice or refunds.
All third party, non Inspired Hotel voucher or agent bookings are subject to the special terms and conditions agreed with and presented by such companies.
Any third party promotional vouchers or cards for purchasing and or discounting food, drinks or services at the hotel can not be used while a resident at the hotel or in conjunction with any other offer.
Extra beds can be provided in some of our hotels rooms and are in the form of fold up camp style beds. These beds are only suitable for children up to the age 12 years old and are charged at £25.00 per night and includes a basic breakfast chosen from from our buffet items. Where an extra bed is needed for an individual over the age of 12 years old, an extra room or triple room is required.
Travel Cots can be provided in our hotel rooms and are charged at a rate of £25.00 per day.
Pets are welcome at our hotels for a nominal charge of £10.00 per pet per day.
Extra Bed / Travel Cot / Pet and Early Check in or Check Out requests can only be made at the time of booking and must be confirmed in your booking confirmation with the applicable charges listed. A simple typed request in the notes section does not constiute the confirmation of your request. If your request is not listed with its cost in your booking confirmation please contact our central reservations team immediatley on 01738 472 138 as your request will not be processed.
Inspired Hotels requires a valid Credit / Debit Card to secure any booking and reserves the right to charge the Credit / Debit Card for cancellations falling outside the permitted time scales, as detailed above, or for any damage caused to or items taken from the hotel. Loss or non return of hotel room key will be charged at £50. Please note our all our hotels operate a no smoking policy. Where a room has been smoked in a £100 cleaning fee will be charged.
By entering into a contract by way of making a booking, you are authorizing us to make the above booking /damages and cancellation charges to your Credit/Debit Card without any additional consent being required.
Full Payment will be taken if guests turn up at the wrong hotel or wish to cancel because they have booked another hotel.
The Directors reserve the right to cancel your booking if any part of the your process is incorrectly completed or your
booking gives cause for concern.
Inspired Hotels reserves the right to change the Cancellation Policy, from time to time and without notice.
To prevent any potential loss due to cancellations , Inspired Hotels do stress the importance of taking out Travel Insurance to protect yourself.
All our hotels are open from 8am to 11pm. If you require access to our hotels out with these times then please speak to a member of staff for a front door key or front door access code.
All hotels have emergency numbers displayed so please only contact this emergency telephone number in the event of an emergency.
Please also note our hotels earliest check in is 15:00hrs and latest check in time is 22:00hrs under normal bookings.
Please be advised that any room not checked in by 22:00hrs will be cancelled and the full amount due taken from guests credit card in line with our cancellation policy.
