This welcoming, single-storey detached holiday cottage, over 200 years old, once the oldest working toll house in Scotland, has now been renovated to a very good standard and is located beside the Bridge of Cally Hotel.

In the picturesque village of Bridge of Cally, the gateway to the Highlands, this is an ideal location to enjoy all this area has to offer.

There are many wonderful walking routes, all within easy reach, if you like to climb mountains (or bag munros) there are several only 20 or 30 mins away, including Ben Vrackie, Beinn a’Ghlo and Glas Tulaichean.

The Cateran Trail is a 64 mile/103 km circular route which can be walked over 4 or 5 days, or even just one part can be enjoyed as a great day out and is close by.

Surrounded by some of the most stunning mountain scenery to be found and without having to venture onto tarmac, bikers can head off onto forest track and cover miles of varied terrain.

There are several local golf courses within the area including Blairgowrie, only 15 minutes, which has both the Lansdowne Championship Course and Rosemount Course.

Glenshee, Scotland’s largest ski area, lies just 20 minutes north of the hotel and ski hire is available in the village.

There is plenty of trout fishing available on the local rivers or nearby lochs. Balmoral castle is only 37 miles away.

The cottage is located within easy access of Perthshire’s best attractions.

Beside the Bridge of Cally Hotel you can enjoy 15 acres of woodland and riverside walks or relax and have a picnic by the riverside.
